At Scent Synergy, we are dedicated to ensuring your absolute satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your order, you have the option to return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving them. Please kindly note that our refund policy is applicable only to creation perfumes and concentrated oils. Once the returned items are received, we will initiate the refund process, transferring the requested refund amount to your customer account within 15 working days. A nominal delivery charge of 15 AED or if in Europe 5 Euros will be deducted during this process.

Through years of experience, we have discovered that most returns result from size-related selections made by our valued customers. To ensure you make the perfect choice, we are always ready to assist and guide you in selecting the correct size for your needs. Our aim is to help you avoid common size-related pitfalls, providing you with a seamless and delightful shopping experience.

We take great care to ensure the safety and quality of our products throughout the shipping process. However, until your items reach our warehouse, they remain your responsibility. To safeguard your shipment, we highly recommend insuring the parcel for the value of the goods and retaining all delivery records for added security.

In any communication regarding returns, kindly quote your order reference number to help us serve you better. Furthermore, it is essential to include the original invoice with your parcel when initiating a return.

Refund Options: At Scent Synergy, we believe in offering hassle-free reimbursements. Buyers will be provided with refunds using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase, whether it's Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment.

For refunds, we provide the following options:

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received: At Scent Synergy, we pride ourselves on delivering products of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive an incorrect item or encounter a faulty product, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer care team at care@scentsynergy.com immediately. When reaching out, kindly provide your order number, details of the product you intended to purchase, and a clear description of the issue you encountered. Based on your preference, we will offer either a refund or a replacement and guide you through the return process.

Order Cancellation: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer care team at care@scentsynergy.com as soon as possible, and we will happily assist you with the cancellation process. In such cases, a full refund will be provided promptly.

Please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed and dispatched, and you decide to cancel it, the goods must be returned to us before we can process your refund. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the entire order amount, excluding shipping charges.

Exclusion to the Policy:

  • Discounted items and items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
  • During a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.
  • Refunds due to mind change or wrong size selection will be issued after deducting actual shipping costs.
  • Cost of shipping will NOT be refunded in case of refund requests due to mind change or wrong size selection.
